Return policy

1. If you regret your purchase

You can return all physical goods up to 14 days after receiving the package. There are some exceptions as following: 

  • If the tags have been removed clothes can not be returned.

  • You must bring a receipt.

  • Goods payed with a gift certificate can not be returned.

  • Goods with a personal touch (for instance an ordered drawing/painting or printed photographs).

  • Goods that have in any way been made for your specifications.

  • Posters, canvas and other goods that are printed by order. 

You can not return digital goods. 

 

The amount you will get in return is the full price.

 

When you return the goods you must pay the shipping costs yourself.

 

If the goods lost value due to wrong use of the goods, it can result in you only receiving part of the price you paid for it. The amount depends on its commercial value. 

 
 
2. How to return or change an order

 

If the goods have not yet been sent to the customer: Contact us as soon as possible by phone. Have the receipt by hand when you call. The order will be deleted or changed by agreement. 

If the goods have already been sent to the customer: Do not remove any tags and contact us by phone. It must be returned in the same packaging as when it arrived.

We only receive packages sent directly to our address. We do not receive packages sent per cash on delivery.

3. Right of complaint

 

When you purchase goods in our shop the rules of the purchase act of Europe apply. That means you have the right to complain for 24 months. If your complaint is justified you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged for other goods, have your money back or get a discount depending on the specific situation. 

You must complain within a reasonable timeframe after you discover the error. If you complain within two months after discovering the error the complain will always be timely. 

If the complaint is justified you can require a return package label from us. The goods must always be returned in proper packaging.
